What we install
From one soundbar to the whole room
5.1 and Atmos surround
Fronts, centre, surrounds and sub placed for the seating position, in-ceiling Atmos where joists allow, speaker runs concealed to flush wall plates, receiver configured and level-calibrated with a meter.
Projector and screen
Throw distance calculated before anything is bracketed, projector ceiling-mounted square to a fixed or motorised screen, HDMI run in conduit so it can be upgraded later without opening the ceiling.
The finishing trades
Sources wired, apps signed in, the antenna point checked while we are there (it is our home ground), and a labelled remote handover - the part everyone else skips.
Building or renovating? Pre-wire is a fraction of retrofit cost. One visit at frame stage puts speaker, HDMI and antenna runs in the walls before the plaster goes on - tell your builder to call us.

Either. Most clients buy their own screen, receiver and speakers and have us design the layout, run the cabling and set it all up - that keeps retail warranties in your name. We advise on what to buy before you spend, for nothing: five minutes on the phone saves the classic mistakes, like a receiver with too few HDMI inputs or in-ceiling speakers where the joists will not allow them.
Can you hide all the speaker cables?
In most Brisbane rooms, yes - through the ceiling space and wall cavities to flush wall plates behind each speaker position. The exceptions are the same as for TV cabling: poured concrete and filled block walls have no cavity, so surface duct painted to the wall does the job there. Planned at quote time, not discovered on the day.
Is a soundbar enough, or do I need surround speakers?
Honest answer: for most living rooms, a good soundbar with a wireless sub is 80 percent of the experience for 30 percent of the cost and none of the cabling. A full 5.1 or Atmos layout earns its keep in a dedicated room where seating position is fixed and sound can be aimed. We install both and will tell you which your room justifies - see the soundbar option on the TV mounting page if that is the right size for your setup.
What does home theatre installation cost?
A soundbar mounted with the TV adds $60 to a mounting job. A wired 5.1 speaker package with concealed runs typically lands between $449 and $899 depending on room construction and speaker count; projector and screen installs are quoted per room. All figures on the rate card, confirmed before work starts.
