Who we are

Trade first, marketing second

[Founder name] started Topline Antennas after years of seeing the same two problems on Brisbane roofs: antennas installed without anyone checking which transmitter the house should point at, and TVs hung on whatever the drill hit first. Both get found out later - by the first storm, or the first bump of the bracket.

The fix is not a slogan. It is measuring first: the transmitter checked before an antenna is quoted, the studs found before a wall is drilled, the obstruction scan run before a dish is sited. Then publishing the prices, so the quote you accept is the invoice you get.

We are a service-area business - no shopfront, lower overheads, and the van comes to you across Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Ipswich, Logan and the Redlands.

• Our labour and our fixings - a mount that moves, a seal that leaks, a connection that fails
• Return visits to put it right, at no charge, for five years from install
• Transfers with the house if you sell - the work is warranted, not the person who paid

Not covered, honestly

• Hardware faults - antennas, brackets, routers carry their manufacturer’s warranty, which we help you claim
• Storm, animal or accidental damage - that is an insurance job, and our repair reports are written for insurers
• Changes made by others - once another trade modifies the work, we can no longer stand behind the whole of it
